When am I charged, and where is my card handled?
Each month's payment is taken on the secure QuickBooks payment page (card or bank transfer). Subscriptions do not renew automatically — we email you each month to renew. Card details are handled by QuickBooks and never touch or are stored on this site.

How do alerts reach me?

The paid alerts stop and the account drops back to the free view. Nothing is deleted, and you can resubscribe at any time — a new subscription starts fresh from the day you take it out.
